Rarest and possibly first LBE.
Only 16 envelopes were created for Harper Collins by the Cunning Artificer. The envelopes were given to stores as prizes for the best displays of Going Postal.
It is not confirmed, but it is possible that each envelope contained a blue triangle as well as the other original common stamps. One may have possibly contained the elusive blue triangle sport.
