The Treaty of Bad Blintz
Cover Description
On the left the depiction by Wotua Gram of the signing of the Treaty of Bad Blintz with the wording "THE SIGNING OF THE PACT FROM THE PAINTING BY WOTUA GRAM" and in Gothic Script "Commemorating The Treaty of Bad Blintz" above a line of rats running rightwards and the wording "Issued under licence by Wincanton Consulate to the Rathaus Bad Blintz April 30th 2006" in red Gothic script.
The envelope bears the seven Bad Blintz stamps cancelled by the AMPO Wincanton frank and the triangular Bad Blintz frank.
