SWINE FLUE
Staff are reminded they are not to share rulers, stationery, mugs, or body fluids. Any member of the administrative staff (grade 2 and above) are to be taken to the secure infirmary on floor 6 of the annex. Other staff (grade I, trainees & general clerical) are to make their way to the Janitors Rest Room which is situated in between the toilets and the boiler room in the basement.
HOLIDAYS. Janice says there is no reply from the janitors stores and the place smells horrid.
Please ensure that the Holiday Roster is adhered to - PAY WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE - This includes the above unless prior notice is given to your supervisor - in writing - (Form 118/b) 3 days before commencement of infection.
