Memo to All Departments
PLEASE NOTE - THIS FOOT THE BALL CRAZE HAS GOT TO STOP
Whole departments now are divided as to which team they support. The place is festooned with banners, flags and scarves. Not only does it make the whole Consulate look like a jumble sale in a third world multi faith temple, but the team rivalries are fomenting discord if not outright violence in some departments.
THIS MUST STOP AT ONCE - ALL NOTICES, BANNERS, FLAGS, ITEMS OF APPAREL, OR ANYTHING ELSE DEPICTING FOOT THE BALL CLUBS, TEAMS, OR PLAYERS MUST BE REMOVED AT ONCE.
