Teemer and Spools is the usual reference to the printers; Teemer being Alan Bately and Spools being Colin Edwards. So is appears that this sheet was a Colin Edwards special. The sheet has a slight green hue.
There is a small white spot blemish on the stamp in row 14 and column 2.
