In the bottom left hand corner the Ankh-Morpork and District Flatalist Society logo in a pseudo-perforated frame with the text
"A place where the Discworld Flatalist can feel at home & enjoy the delights of stamps with those of a similar persuasion. Free beverages to Society members."
The right are two frames. The first has a silhouette of a witch on a broom stick and the wording "October, The month that heralds winter’s bite, and sees a gibbous moon grinning down upon a host of disembowelled pumpkins. But there is no trick to this small envelope, just a few little treats for you to enjoy."
The second far right image is a night picture showing the moon grinning down at a carved pumpkin.
