An ornate frame of arches containing a drawing of the Pied Piper with leg raised playing a piccolo and wearing a brimmed hat with feather.
Together with the name and address of the Cunning Artificer are the words in Gothic font "This is but 1 of 1,200 special LBEs that have been produced to commemorate the launch of the Bad Blintz Collection" in Red and Black.
Notes
The LBE contained the new Bad Blintz issues, the 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 Bizot stamps and sports.
